Exchange Policy

We want you to love your A&F Couture purchase! If you need an exchange, you can do so at our physical store, provided that:

• The item is unused, with tags attached and the original invoice.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email clear pictures to [Your Email], and after review, we’ll exchange it for an item of equal value.

Refund Policy

We do not process cash refunds. Instead, we offer a store credit (Coupon Code) equal to the paid amount, redeemable on future purchases.

Order Cancellations

• Customers can cancel their order by providing the order ID and sending a cancellation request to [your email address]. However, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
